Fresh Ugu / Fluted Pumpkin Seed – Sold Individually

Ugu (Telfairia occidentalis), also known as Fluted Pumpkin and Ikong-Ubong, is a vigorous climbing vegetable native to West Africa and widely grown for its nutritious edible leaves and seeds.

Ugu plants produce large, dark-green leaves commonly used in soups, stews, sauces, yam dishes, and other traditional meals.

Ugu can be grown vertically using a trellis or support structure, or the vines may be allowed to spread along the ground. Under suitable growing conditions, the vines grow vigorously and can be harvested repeatedly throughout the growing season.
